Narcissism: Portrait of the Artist as a Madman -Bob Fosse’s All That Jazz
This video, presented by Glenn Berger, Ph.D, will demonstrate the intricacies of the Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The presentation explores the film All That Jazz and shows the narcissistic characteristics of the main character, based, in part, on the life of Bob Fosse; choreographer, director, screenwriter, film director and actor. Dr Berger actually worked with Bob Fosse on this film.
1. Discuss the manifestation of narcissistic symptomatology in the main character.
2. Demonstrate the destructiveness of this symptomatology, how it serves the main character, and how common this is in the narcissistic client.
About Dr. Berger
Glenn Berger, Ph.D, is a psychotherapist, author, music producer and recording engineer. He has worked with many famous musicians, film stars, composers and choreographers. Dr Berger specializes in personality disorders, creativity, and intimacy issues. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Dr. Berger spent two decades working in the music industry as a recording engineer, producer, composer, and singer.
